Job Summary:
  • Develop multi-channel marketing strategies to support enrollment goals for undergraduate and graduate programs.
  • Oversee third-party vendors and ensure deliverables align with brand standards.
  • Measure campaign ROI and refine strategies for better outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities:

The Recruitment Marketing Project Manager ensures effective coordination and alignment with our institutional goals. Reporting to the Senior Director of Enrollment, this role will work collaboratively with admissions leadership to develop, implement, and manage all recruitment marketing strategies.

  • Create and manage digital marketing strategies, print materials, and audience-specific campaigns.
  • Maintain a unified tone and voice across all marketing channels.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, making data-informed adjustments to improve conversion rates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

This exempt, full-time position requires strong experience in recruitment marketing, preferably in higher education. A bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience) and minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in marketing are necessary.

  • Proven success in leading teams or projects, demonstrating strong leadership and management skills.
  • Strong experience with digital marketing, social media content management, graphic and digital design systems, and marketing-related technology tools.
  • Experience and comfort with data analysis and the ability to interpret trends, create reports, and adjust strategies accordingly.
