About the Job
The Marketing and Communications Manager will play a key role in leading and executing strategic marketing and communications initiatives. This position will be responsible for enhancing the brand's presence and driving marketing activities to support business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand and product awareness
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns
- Manage external agencies and vendors
- Analyze market trends and competitors to adjust marketing strategies accordingly
- Create compelling content for various channels including digital, social media, web, PR, and traditional marketing
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing collateral and materials
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience in marketing and public relations roles in the automotive, consumer tech, or RV industry
- Experience building constructive relationships with top-tier journalists, editors, and influencers
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience in managing external stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing role
Salary Range - Fremont, CA
$116,280 - $184,250 USD
