Firefly Children & Family Alliance is searching for a dedicated and experienced Therapist for Children and Families to join our team in Anderson, Indiana. As a Home-based Therapist, you will work closely with families in their homes, providing therapeutic interventions to support improved family functioning.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy, and current Indiana licensure. You will have at least 3 years of experience working with children and families, with a focus on trauma-informed care and attachment issues. Your expertise in family counseling and knowledge of special needs children will be valuable assets in this role.

Responsibilities will include providing counseling support to individuals, families, and groups, guiding clients through clear and beneficial counseling methods to achieve client-set goals, and maintaining the highest therapeutic standards outlined by professional degrees and licenses. You will also spend time working with schools, Department of Child Services, and other institutions related to clients, completing monthly reports and documentation of all contacts with family and related familial contact.

In return for your expertise, Firefly Children & Family Alliance offers a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as an impressive benefits package, including medical, dental, and health insurance, over 150 hours of PTO in the first year, and 12 paid holidays.
