Job Title: Kids Ministry Director

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to oversee the Kids Ministry at Madison Park Church.

About the Role:

The Kids Ministry Director will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive ministry strategy that reaches and engages children and their families in the community.

This is a full-time position that requires a strong passion for reaching the next generation, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute meaningful and intentional Kids ministry programs that align with the church's vision and values.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of volunteers to assist with ministry programs.
  • Create and implement an outreach strategy to engage children and families in the community.
  • Partner with the NextGen team to develop and execute social media strategies to reach and engage children and families.
  • Host events and create content to promote the Kids Ministry and engage children and families.

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
