Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
    • Proven success in a business development, sales, sales engineer, project engineer, or related role in the life science industry.
  • Industry Knowledge and Skills
    • Direct industry, client-facing experience in an engineering or project management role within pharmaceutical manufacturing and biotechnology is strongly preferred.
    • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in selling professional services related to validation services, quality, engineering, and so on.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Proactive, go-getter attitude, and passionate about providing excellent customer service.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Goal-oriented, ability to set goals and develop/drive action plans.
