Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Team Leader to join our team at Brookshires Grocery Company. As a key member of our front-end operations team, you will be responsible for leading our staff to promote high levels of engagement and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support upper management in leading front-end operations and staff to achieve exceptional customer service standards.
  • Proactively address customer issues and concerns through effective communication and adherence to company policies.
  • Work with upper management to ensure adequate staffing, a clean and safe store environment, and expedient checkout services.
  • Train and develop front-end staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance to ensure they are meeting customer service standards.
  • Ensure accuracy of front-end procedures and proper execution of all compliance measures.
Requirements
  • Minimum 18 years of age required.
  • High school diploma or GED and two or more years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of experience and/or higher education required.
  • Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) certification required.
  • TABC/LACT certification required where applicable.
  • Manager Food Safety certification required.
  • AML certification required.
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to multitask effectively. The successful candidate will be required to stand or walk for long periods, use close vision, distance vision, depth perception, or the ability to focus, and to talk and hear.
