Senior Facilities Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Technician to join our team at Abbott Laboratories. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions
- Conduct preventive maintenance on all equipment
- Install and maintain production equipment
- Repair buildings and facilities as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Trade school certification or formal apprenticeship in a related field
- 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Knowledge of single and three-phase electrical systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
