About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Supervise activities performed by nursing assistants, promoting a safe and supportive environment.
- Chart and maintain accurate documentation for residents, adhering to industry standards.
- Prepare and administer medications, following established protocols.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all team members, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing.
- Valid, current nursing license in Illinois.
- Current CPR certification.
- At least one year of experience in long-term care.
