Nurse Practitioner

At Mercy Hospital Jefferson, we are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to patients in various units, including ED, ICU, TCU, PCU, and Med-Surg units.
To be successful in this role, you will need a nursing degree from an accredited RN program and a minimum of 3 years of medical-surgical or critical care experience in a hospital setting. Your competencies should be equivalent to those required of core staff nurses.
Mercy Hospital Jefferson is a 251-bed acute care facility located in Festus, Mo., providing 24-hour emergency room care and a full range of diagnostic, preventive, and restorative health care services. We bring to life a healing ministry through our compassionate care and exceptional service.
As a Float Pool Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in various units and develop your skills in different areas of nursing. You will also have access to shift differential pay, annual merit increases based on performance, tuition reimbursement up to $2,000 for continuing education, and other benefits.
