Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Architect to join our team at GPAC. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for managing projects from concept to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from concept to completion, including design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
  • Collaborate with project designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered to the highest quality standards, meeting the client's requirements and expectations.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that projects are being delivered in accordance with the project plans and specifications.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on architecture and construction.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and contractors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in project management software, including Autodesk, Revit, and MS Project.
