About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead our service department at Midas Hawaii. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing and directing all service department activities, and promoting our company's vision and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, listening and consulting with customers to meet their needs
  • Oversee complete vehicle inspections, making comprehensive recommendations and building repair orders
  • Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers, promoting shop service specials
  • Lead, manage, and train a team of up to ten employees, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent service
  • Supervise technicians' inspections, diagnosing, and repairing of domestic, European, and Asian cars and light trucks
  • Maintain inventory counts and ensure overall cleanliness and organization of the facility
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of store or service manager experience
  • General automotive knowledge
  • Excellent customer service disposition
  • Good communication skills
  • Leadership ability
  • Team building skills
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Valid driver's license
