Position Summary: As a Casino Host, you will be instrumental in nurturing, retaining, and re-engaging our clientele, particularly our esteemed guests. Your outstanding guest service and relationship management skills will be vital in enhancing guest satisfaction and loyalty, utilizing various amenities and analytical methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to guests to promote attendance and share information about property events.
- Address guest concerns to foster loyalty to our establishment.
- Collaborate with various departments to coordinate marketing initiatives, entertainment, and dining events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value guests, employing statistical insights and independent judgment to boost loyalty and revenue.
- Must obtain and uphold an Iowa Gaming License.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
Qualifications:
Experience: A minimum of two years in guest service is preferred.
Education: A High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
Skills:
- Exceptional guest service and relationship-building capabilities.
- Effective communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and practical reasoning.
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and surpass goals.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team while also being independent.
- Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to perform fundamental calculations.
