Role Summary:
As a Certified Case Manager within our Steps Program, you will play a vital role in supporting adults in accessing essential community resources and enhancing their daily living skills. This position requires a compassionate approach to working with individuals experiencing mental health challenges, often in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate daily group sessions in residential settings to promote learning and personal growth among residents.
2. Collaborate effectively with clients, families, and community partners to ensure comprehensive support.
3. Maintain a flexible schedule to meet the varying needs of clients.
Qualifications:
Weber Human Services offers training for aspiring Certified Case Managers. Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous, with a stipend available upon successful completion of the Spanish competency assessment. A valid Utah Driver's License is required, as client transportation is a key component of this role. Preference will be given to candidates with a Social Service Worker license (SSW).
Additional Requirements:
All candidates must be willing to undergo a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
