About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery Nurse Manager to lead our team of healthcare professionals in the Southwestern Region. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our mid-sized Acute Care Hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of 80+ FTEs, including experienced staff and new graduates, in a supportive and respectful environment.
- Work closely with Charge Nurses to ensure smooth day and night shifts.
- Collaborate with departments such as Lactation, Antepartum, Postpartum, and OB Triage to achieve shared goals.
- Foster team trust and stability through effective leadership and communication.
