Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, including training programs, events, and policies.
  • Collaborate with university leadership, faculty, and staff to promote a culture of inclusivity and respect.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with diverse community partners to advance the university's diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to students, faculty, and staff on diversity, equity, and inclusion issues.
  • Monitor and analyze diversity, equity, and inclusion metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or higher in a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion leadership or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Doctoral degree in a related field.
  • Experience working in higher education or a related field.
  • Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices and trends.
  • Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion assessment and evaluation tools.
