Position Overview:

This role involves delivering therapeutic services to individuals across various age groups, focusing on assessment, intervention, education, and consultation to enhance patients' functional capabilities.

As a vital member of a multidisciplinary care team, you will work under the guidance of management and collaborating physicians to ensure the best clinical and financial outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions and provide education to patients and their caregivers.
  • Manage all administrative tasks related to a full caseload, including documentation, billing, and scheduling.
  • Exhibit professionalism and effective communication while supervising support personnel.
  • Adhere to organizational policies and maintain compliance with the code of conduct.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to team education initiatives.
  • Flexibly respond to patient needs across departments as required.
  • Participate in departmental committees and serve as a clinical mentor when applicable.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in pediatric therapy or demonstrate a strong commitment to pursuing the necessary training in this area.

Depending on qualifications, there may be opportunities to provide outpatient adult therapy services as well as inpatient care.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.

Work Environment:

This position is based in a clinical setting with a day rotation schedule.
