Case Manager Assistant

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized Case Manager Assistant to join our team at our Day Reporting Center. The successful candidate will provide case management support to participants, assist with case coordination, and perform various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide case management support to participants, including intake processing, group facilitation, and documentation.
- Assist Case Managers with case coordination, communication with external agencies, and report preparation.
- Manage participant caseloads, conduct risk/need assessments, and develop individual treatment plans.
- Facilitate evidence-based CBT programs and other life skills programs to participants in groups.
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and preparing charts.
- Collect participant payments, post payments, and make daily cash deposits.
- Transport participants to the center, community service events, job fairs, employment centers, clinics, and other locations.
- High school diploma required; college coursework in Human Services or business discipline preferred.
- Minimum of six (6) months experience in Human Services field with direct participant services preferred.
- Ability to work with computers and necessary software typically used by the department.
- Good customer service skills, effective communication skills, and good organizational skills.
- Competitive hourly rate of $18.50.
