About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Under Armour. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, generating sales, and maintaining a positive and engaging store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct sales assistance to customers to meet sales targets
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and engaging shopping experience
  • Model the Under Armour service culture and communicate brand messages effectively
  • Maintain store standards, including merchandise and floor sets, and comply with Under Armour policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals and develop self-growth opportunities
Requirements
  • Basic numeracy, literacy, listening, and communication skills
  • Fluency in local language
  • Proficient in use of computers and other technology
  • Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends
