Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Forklift Operator to join our team at RJW Logistics. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods within our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate reach trucks and sit-down forklifts to move stock and materials within the warehouse
  • Load and unload RJW truck/trailers and outside carriers safely and efficiently
  • Ensure all shipments are correctly staged and loaded properly
  • Maintain warehouse area with orderly stacking and good housekeeping
  • Process outbound cross-dock freight as necessary
  • Oversee storing stock properly in the warehouse and moving product into storage racks
  • Work from warehouse operations sheets using a forklift to pick customer orders and load on trailers
  • Record and verify the accuracy of shipments against paperwork for incoming and outgoing shipments/deliveries
  • Ensure all documentation and paperwork is properly completed
  • Operate forklifts safely and efficiently following all OSHA regulations, RJW safety policies, and procedures
Requirements
  • 3-6 months of forklift driving experience in a warehouse using reach trucks and sit-down forklifts
  • Good stable work record
  • High School Diploma or general education diploma (GED)
  • Warehousing certifications a plus
