About the Opportunity
We are seeking a talented Data Management Specialist to join our team at ManTech International. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing database support teams, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the database environment, including monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage and develop database support teams, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Ensure database performance, availability, and capacity meet defined service levels and comply with government regulations and policies.
  • Optimize database performance through tuning, indexing, and query optimization.
  • Implement and manage database security measures to protect sensitive data.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need an Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification, a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Security+ certification, a Foundations Level ITIL v4 certification, and a bachelor's degree. Additionally, you must have a minimum of five years of experience managing database administration and teams.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $145,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
