Responsibilities:- Administer medication pursuant to physician order and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct daily medication inventory and ensure absolute accuracy in accounting.
- Safeguard medication inventory and ensure proper disposal of medical waste.
- Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and medical professionals to ensure seamless care.
- Assist with lab tests, vital signs, and other medical procedures as required.
- Participate in CARF preparation and state audit process.
- Active nursing license in the state where the clinic is located.
- Minimum 1-year direct patient contact experience.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
This is a full-time position requiring standing for most of the time. Ability to operate in an open work area with moderate everyday noise.
