Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications to patients pursuant to physician orders and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct daily medication inventory counts and ensure the accuracy of incoming shipments.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care and support.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Active nursing license in the state of employment.
  • Minimum 1 year of direct patient contact experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
