Night Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Night Associate to join our QuickChek team. As a Night Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food and grab-and-go items, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

• Provide prompt and friendly customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
• Prepare all food and grab-and-go items to QuickChek standards, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Ensure items are in stock, fresh, and meet quality standards, maintaining a well-stocked store.
• Comply with all corporate sanitation guidelines at all times, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Keep up-to-date on new policies and procedures, attending all mandatory/scheduled store meetings.
• Enforce and practice Loss Prevention policies, maintaining a secure store environment.
• Communicate any questions, concerns, or issues to the Night Leader timely, ensuring effective communication.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free store at all times, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning as necessary.
• Ensure all equipment is operational and call for service when necessary, maintaining a well-maintained store.
• Perform and ensure proper techniques for food preparation, cash handling, and all other procedures, meeting QuickChek standards.
• Packs out, prices, and faces deliveries, maintaining a well-stocked store.
• Properly operates the cash register and lottery machine, processing voids, returns, and customer complaints.
• Completes all required shift reports and achieves shift objectives, maintaining a productive work environment.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Friendly and willing to smile a lot.
• Great attitude and ability to get to work on time.
• Able to deliver the highest level of Customer Service.
• Strong Communication Skills and self-motivated.
• Food & beverage service experience and shift management/supervisory experience.
