Job Title: Director of Product Management

**Job Summary:**

The Director of Product Management will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive product strategy, driving business growth and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and product development processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and customer needs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, identify opportunities, and prioritize product features.

• Host external partner discovery boards to validate ideas and develop solutions for industry challenges.

• Establish an internal strategy and innovation team to gather feedback from current and potential clients, as well as from industry events.

• Manage strategic initiatives and long-term projects with clients and partners, including innovations like keyless entry systems.

• Implement a formal scoring system to prioritize initiatives.

• Oversee the strategic product roadmap, development, launch, and marketing to maximize benefits from each product.

• Ensure all product owners and agile teams have necessary resources for effective delivery.

• Enhance visibility of plans and align with stakeholders on changes.

• Manage the product invoicing process by collaborating with the accounting department to ensure all deliverables are billed accurately.

• Coordinate with marketing teams on communication strategies for new features and product releases.

• Support business development in enhancing product offerings and developing new lines to increase revenue.

• Ensure that delivered solutions align with current product projects and the overall strategic direction.

**Requirements:**

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.

• Proven success in product launch and market entry, achieving significant business impacts.

• Strong understanding of pricing strategies and revenue optimization.

• Experience in the hotel or airline industry preferred.

• Bachelors degree required.

• Expertise in Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.

• Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Creative thinker with a strategic vision.

**Work Environment and Physical Demands:**

This role operates in a professional office setting and involves standard office activities such as using computers and attending meetings. The position requires frequent communication, standing, walking, and using office equipment.
