Key Responsibilities

This role involves designing and implementing IT policies and systems to support current workflows and future implementations, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency.

  • Third-Party IT Service Provider Management

The IT Director will oversee the management of a third-party IT service provider contract, ensuring cost-effectiveness and productivity.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

This position requires collaboration with various departments to enhance IT services, streamline efficiencies, and drive business growth.

  • Proactive IT Monitoring

The IT Director will proactively monitor computer systems and networks, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to ensure optimal performance.

  • Vendor Relationship Management

This role involves managing relationships with vendors to secure cost-efficient and productive contracts, supporting the organization's growth and success.

  • Team Leadership and Mentorship

Requirements
  • Education

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field is required.

Proficiency in overseeing infrastructure, data management, network security, backup systems, and compliance is essential.

  • Soft Skills

Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills are required.
