Key Responsibilities- IT Roadmap Development
The IT Director will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive IT roadmap, aligning with the organization's growth and success goals.
- IT Policy and System Establishment
This role involves designing and implementing IT policies and systems to support current workflows and future implementations, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency.
- Third-Party IT Service Provider Management
The IT Director will oversee the management of a third-party IT service provider contract, ensuring cost-effectiveness and productivity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
This position requires collaboration with various departments to enhance IT services, streamline efficiencies, and drive business growth.
- Proactive IT Monitoring
The IT Director will proactively monitor computer systems and networks, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to ensure optimal performance.
- Vendor Relationship Management
This role involves managing relationships with vendors to secure cost-efficient and productive contracts, supporting the organization's growth and success.
- Team Leadership and Mentorship
The IT Director will provide direction, support, and mentorship to direct reports, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Hardware and Software Maintenance
This role involves maintaining company hardware and software programs, performing tests and evaluations on new hardware and software as necessary.
- IT Ambassadors Program
The IT Director will facilitate the IT ambassadors affinity group, expanding support within departments and maximizing training opportunities.
Requirements- Education
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field is required.
- Technical Expertise
Proficiency in overseeing infrastructure, data management, network security, backup systems, and compliance is essential.
- Soft Skills
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills are required.
