Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with 2-3 years of kitchen management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Certifications: New Mexico Food Handler Certification and ServSafe Manager Certification.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work on your feet in a humid kitchen environment for extended periods, with the ability to lift, push, reach, and carry 30+ pounds frequently.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and multitasking skills.
