Dishroom Attendant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher at Germania Service Group Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary dish area, operating industrial dishwashing equipment, and storing clean dishes properly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and organized dish area, ensuring all equipment and utensils are sanitized and stored correctly.
• Operate industrial dishwashing equipment, ensuring all dishes are washed and sanitized to a high standard.
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our customers.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling food safely and efficiently.
• Assist with the maintenance of kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils, ensuring they are clean, sanitary, and organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and utensils.
