Job Title: Transaction Banking Liquidity Solutions Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to lead our Transaction Banking Liquidity Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the Liquidity Solutions business strategy, partnering closely with technology leads to define and create the overall product strategy, and working closely with all Transaction Banking teams to implement and manage core product capability and to develop innovative new liquidity solutions to meet client needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as subject matter expert in liquidity products and cash management solutions
  • Execute against product strategy to buildout our liquidity solutions roadmap
  • Understand product development methodologies and strategies needed to fulfill delivery
  • Input towards scoping of product development team from initial strategy to delivery and beyond
  • Identify, document requirements, and develop new capabilities aimed at delivering customer value
  • Ability to communicate within team to provide focus against prioritized product development goals
  • Translate between business requirements and technology specifications - in both directions: top-down and bottom-up
  • Document clear user stories and acceptance criteria to collaborate, direct, and inform Design and Technology resources
  • Present complex ideas and processes in easy to consume presentations to gain stakeholder alignment and drive initiatives
  • Support Sales in responding to complex RFPs, non-standard information requests, delivering product demos and best and final solution presentations, and supporting client needs identification, solution recommendations and pricing
  • Provide training and support to Sales and business partners on new payments product capabilities
  • Contribute input into marketing strategy and communications plans
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • At least 7-10 years' experience in Liquidity Product Management or PSS role
  • Understanding of risks and mitigants related to Liquidity products and solutions
  • Experience in designing, building and rolling out new liquidity products and owning the process from start to finish
  • Experience with liquidity solutioning including virtual accounts and cash concentration
  • Experience with responding to RFPs and leading pitches centered around liquidity solutions
  • Extremely strong presentation and communication skills, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with ability to collaborate with business and cross-divisional partners
  • Self-motivated individual interested in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving organization
  • Knowledge of regulatory landscape related to Liquidity
  • Commitment to excellence and integrity
Salary Range:

The expected base salary for this position is $125,000-$250,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
