Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary team. As a Masters level SLP, you will provide high-quality speech therapy services to young children with autism, collaborate with our clinicians on case management, and help our learners maximize their potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized speech therapy services to young children with autism
  • Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Occupational Therapists to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language deficits
  • Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • State License in Maryland
  • Graduate of a master's level program in Speech Language Pathology accredited by the Education Standards Board or whose practice meets ASHA certification requirements
  • Meet the education and experience requirements for Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology or Audiology granted by ASHA
  • Experience working with young children with autism and their families
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
