Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Ally Behavior Centers. As a Masters level SLP, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality speech therapy to young children with autism, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary teams to deliver intensive early intervention services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized speech therapy sessions to children with autism, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Occupational Therapists to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness in communication skills.
  • Develop and implement individualized goals and objectives to improve communication skills, social interactions, and adaptive behaviors.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure seamless transitions and coordination of care.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid state licensure for location(s) of practice.
  • Meet the education and experience requirements for Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology or Audiology granted by ASHA.
  • Experience working with young children with autism and their families.
  • Strong knowledge of SLP principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
