Key Responsibilities- Perform respiratory care treatments for non-invasively ventilated patients, ensuring the highest level of patient care and comfort.
- Collaborate with licensed respiratory therapists to provide seamless patient care and support.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitoring, utilizing critical thinking skills to identify potential issues.
- Assist with emergency procedures according to hospital policies, remaining calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Participate in educational and research activities, staying up-to-date on the latest advancements in pediatric respiratory care.
The ideal candidate is a student enrolled in a Respiratory Care program, with completed didactic and clinical education. Basic Life Support certification is required.
