Job Description

This role involves assisting the Store Leader in overseeing and providing customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees. You will be responsible for maintaining high retention rates by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
  • Maintain high retention rates by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
  • Assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs.
  • Competently handle cash transactions, fuel operations, and promote the 7Rewards loyalty program.
  • Ensure a clean, safe environment by complying with all health and sanitation procedures.
  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft products preferred).
Requirements
  • A High School diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
  • A valid Driver's License from the state of residence while maintaining automotive liability insurance during employment.
  • The ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
