Job Overview

This role is integral to the Corporate Treasury division.

The primary focus is on managing daily cash flow, forecasting liquidity, overseeing short-term investments, and handling short-term debt while maintaining operational relationships with financial institutions.

This position encompasses all facets of Treasury operations, including the development of banking solutions for various business segments and supporting the cash forecasting process.

Key Responsibilities

Banking & Cash Management


Determine the company's daily cash status, ensuring adequate funding for disbursement accounts, investing surplus cash, or managing necessary borrowing/repayment on credit facilities.


Review all cash management activities, resolve cash discrepancies, and execute wire transfers and other funding actions to maintain the company's daily cash balance.

Reconcile all domestic bank accounts on a daily basis and address any discrepancies.


Participate in the monthly cash accounting close, including posting cash transactions for journal entries related to corporate banking activities.

Provide support to business units and corporate accounting as required.

Post journal entries into SAP.

Assist in managing banking relationships and related documentation (e.g., wire transfers, debit blocks, and signing authorities).

Prepare and maintain short-term cash forecasts.

Collaborate with international subsidiaries to provide cash management assistance.

Treasury Functions

Manage the intercompany settlement/netting processes for the organization.

Compile and distribute the global cash report.

Monitor and analyze bank fee statements to identify cost-reduction opportunities.

Additional Responsibilities

Support the implementation of a Treasury workstation.

Engage in special projects as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

Adhere to detailed procedures and ensure precision in documentation and data.

Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for data gathering, interpretation, summarization, and report creation.

Demonstrate sound decision-making skills utilizing data from both internal and external sources.

Maintain high energy levels and a commitment to learning and growth. Be proactive in developing analytical skills that yield meaningful, actionable insights.

Exhibit strong organizational and detail-oriented skills. Capable of prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Possess excellent interpersonal skills and high-quality customer service abilities.

Work effectively with diverse personalities and skill levels across the organization. Be tactful, diplomatic, and adaptable. Build strong working relationships with all personnel.

Function independently to accomplish assigned tasks while referring unusual issues to a supervisor.

Education and Experience:
A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.

3+ years of experience in Treasury and/or cash management is essential.

A strong accounting background with a solid understanding of Treasury functions is necessary.

Recent experience with SAP is preferred but not mandatory.
