Job Summary

The Crew Member plays a vital role in the success of our restaurant team, delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide outstanding customer service, adhering to our Customer Service Standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  2. Prepare high-quality products consistently, following our recipes, specifications, and procedures.
  3. Maintain a positive image, adhering to our restaurant's standards and guidelines.
  4. Clean and organize workstations and assigned areas, contributing to a clean and safe environment.
  5. Practice safety and security procedures, adhering to our policies and guidelines.
  6. Follow our policies, procedures, and standards of conduct, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Nature and Scope

The Crew Member receives direction from management and training materials to effectively perform their job. They must be proficient at each P.P.P.S. station and able to work at different stations as needed.

Crew Members work collaboratively with other team members and management to achieve restaurant goals. Due to the nature of our business, Crew Members may be scheduled according to our business needs, with no guarantee of hours.

This position requires physical work, including lifting, squatting, and standing for long periods. Crew Members must be able to lift up to 55 pounds, reach and move items from high and low shelves, and control equipment safely and correctly.

Qualifications
  1. A Little Caesars Colleague must be at least 16 years of age.
  2. Dependable, hardworking, and able to handle pressure situations and stress.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude towards others.
  4. Ability to understand and follow directions and instructions.
  5. Ability to perform the essential functions of the job.
  6. Previous retail or customer contact experience preferred.
  7. US Department of Justice (INS Division) requires documentation of eligibility to work in the United States.
