- Assist in loading, unloading, and transferring grain and related products.

- Support maintenance projects as needed.
- Understand inventory management and bin capacity procedures.
- Follow guidelines for operating power industrial equipment.
- Guide others to ensure efficient truck unloading operations.
- Document all alarms, downtime, and equipment issues.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Availability to work any shift, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
- Successful completion of background checks and drug screenings.
- Forklift experience is advantageous.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including prolonged standing, working in confined spaces, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Possess reliable transportation.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and respectful attitude.
- Exhibit regular attendance and demonstrate initiative in independent work while being adaptable in team settings.
