About the Job

The Garage Door Service Technician is a key member of our team at Banko Overhead Doors, responsible for the construction, installation, and/or maintenance of overhead garage doors. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, repair, and maintain overhead garage doors and their associated components
  • Operate hand and power tools, as well as lift heavy materials, to complete job tasks
  • Drive to job sites to assess work and complete necessary actions
  • Ensure garage door openers and electronic components are working properly before completing a job
  • Communicate directly with clients to provide satisfactory customer service
  • Document work completed and maintain inventory
