Learning Management System Specialist

At Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, we are seeking a skilled e-learning specialist to lead the development, implementation, and administration of our Learning Management System (LMS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging online courses using Captivate, Camtasia, and Lectora to create high-quality, interactive training programs.
- Manage the LMS platform, ensuring smooth operation, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with vendors and IT to optimize system performance.
- Work with stakeholders to identify training needs and create effective learning programs that enhance employee skills and productivity.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in education, education technology, instructional design, computer science, or a related field.
- Five years of related work experience, preferably including experience in instructional design, instructional technology, and/or multimedia technologies in an LMS environment.
- Previous experience as an LMS administrator and/or webmaster, as well as previous work experience in a large healthcare setting, is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
