Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to determine their occupational therapy needs
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patients' physical and mental abilities
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on how to perform daily activities and maintain independence
  • Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and students
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Indiana and Ohio
  • Ability to work with patients of all ages, including geriatric, adult, and pediatric populations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
