Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at Reid Health. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will work closely with our occupational therapists to provide high-quality patient care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy services to patients under the supervision of a registered occupational therapist.
- Assess and treat patients with physical disabilities and psychological disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patient independence and well-being.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensure in Indiana (and Ohio, if applicable).
- Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Technology from an AOTA-accredited program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
