Join Our Team as a Litigation Defense Attorney

Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. is a leading national defense firm seeking experienced attorneys with medical malpractice and long-term care litigation defense expertise for our Nashville, TN office.

We are looking for seasoned litigators with 4+ years of experience in Med Mal/LTC litigation, preferably with 1st or 2nd chair trial experience. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent research abilities, and exceptional written and oral communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and prepare motions, cover hearings, and prepare clients for depositions and attend depositions as well.
  • Handle files from open to close, with a focus on medical records analysis and drafting initial reports, interim reports, pre-trial reports, trials, and appellate activity.
  • Draft discovery and respond to discovery, as well as draft and respond to discovery-related motions.
  • Regularly attend court appearances, take and defend depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses, and draft motions for summary judgment.
