Job Summary:

Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a skilled Fabrication Specialist to join our team. As a Fabrication Specialist, you will be responsible for building and fabricating custom signage using various materials, with a primary focus on metals (including aluminum) and welding processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Master the art of aluminum welding to create durable and precise signage components.
  • Work with a variety of materials such as metals, plastics, and composites to meet the design specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical plans to determine project requirements.
  • Plan and execute different stages of the signage fabrication process, ensuring each stage aligns with project timelines and quality standards.
  • Skillfully use and maintain basic hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment essential for fabrication tasks.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment to ensure the well-being of all team members.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in fabrication, welding, metalwork, or related fields is essential.
  • Ability to use basic hand tools such as drills, grinders, saws, and precision measuring instruments.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues during the fabrication process.
  • Welding certification is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $17.00 per hour.
