Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IAM RiskAudit Professional to lead our segment risk specialist team.

Required experience:


2-3 years hands on technical experience with two or more of the following Identity and Access Management (IAM) functions (provisioning, deprovisioning, certification, privileged access management, authenticationauthorization, single sign on, role based access control).

1-2 years in Audit or Risk roles.
Basic understanding of IAM services offered by one or more of the following cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Logical and organized problem solver.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Resource needs to be effective at understanding the technical side but also able to document their assessment (or other analysis items as needed).

Critical/strategic thinker (able to look at something strategically and think risk, efficiency, cost, etc. - big picture 'so what' analysis and can execute what's needed to help support the effort).
Process oriented mindset and able to tell a story leveraging data.
Time management/organized/ability to prioritize.

Nice to have:
Experience working in the Financial Services industry.
KPI/KRI metrics and reporting experience.
Prior experience with application integrations with authenticationauthorization services (SAML, SSO, MFA).
Prior experience with SailPoint, CyberArk, Ping, Delinea.

Prior experience with Active Directory administration skills, including AD monitoring, troubleshooting, and Group Policy Management Prior experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) or Privileged Identity Management (PIM) concepts and processes.
