We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented House Cleaning Professional to join our team at Molly Maid. As a House Cleaning Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our clients, ensuring their homes are clean and comfortable.

Responsibilities
  • Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
  • Follow our process to delight every customer
  • Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
  • Manage the team's schedule and drive safely (for team leads)
  • Maintain equipment (for team leads)
Requirements
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Complete a background check
  • Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
  • Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7am to 4pm
  • Bilingual preferred, must be able to communicate with clients
Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a guaranteed minimum wage of $13.00 per hour with the ability to make up to $500.00 per week, paid weekly. We also provide a stable and consistent working schedule, all cleaning supplies, all training, all appointments, and a company car while you work.
