Job Title: Patient Care Specialist

The Patient Care Specialist is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and support services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing patients with accurate information and guidance on their care and treatment
  • Assisting patients with registration, scheduling, and other administrative tasks
  • Ensuring patient records are accurate and up-to-date
  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams

This role requires a high level of customer service, organizational, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and provide a positive experience for our patients.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 6 months of customer service or related experience preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent patient care
