About the Role

The Pet Pro is a vital position within our Resort, where we strive to deliver exceptional pet care experiences. As a key member of our team, you will embody our mission of "Pet Lovers Delighting Pet Lovers" by demonstrating a playful, passionate, personal, and professional approach. We seek a team player who is self-motivated, takes direction well, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a keen eye for detail. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, with a passion for helping people and their pets. You will work closely with our Daycare and Boarding teams to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests, while maintaining a clean and healthy environment. Your responsibilities will include engaging in play activities with pets, supervising activities, monitoring guest health, and maintaining a sanitary environment. Responsibilities
  • Ensure each guest receives respectful and dignified care
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest health, including eating and elimination habits
  • Engage in play activities with pets, including fetch, exercise walks, and basic obedience games
  • Supervise activities of multiple dogs throughout the day, monitoring for potential conflicts or escalations
  • Maintain a clean and healthy environment by following our standards of cleaning and disinfecting rooms
  • Consult with other departments as needed to ensure seamless guest care
A Day in the Life

As a Pet Pro, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional pet care experiences. Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, from walking dogs and giving them potty breaks to feeding and administering medicines, cleaning their rooms, and playing with dogs and cats. You will work closely with pet owners to ensure their pets receive the best possible care, while also maintaining a clean and healthy environment.
