Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Comprehensive Therapy Center. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating clients' needs for speech therapy, planning and executing individual treatment programs, and keeping treatment skills upgraded through continuing education, research, and program development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate clients' needs for speech therapy and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Administer assessments and testing materials to determine clients' needs and abilities
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address clients' speech and language deficits
  • Communicate with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure effective treatment and progress
  • Document clients' progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in staff meetings and in-services to stay current on best practices and new developments in the field
Requirements
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or progression toward certification
  • Registration with the State of Michigan
  • Ability to lift and position clients with physical impairments
  • Ability to travel to various locations to provide services
