About the Role

Aptive Environmental is seeking a skilled Pest Control Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving customer pest concerns and issues, maintaining truck and equipment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Run daily routes to resolve customer pest concerns and issues
  • Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order
  • Keep accurate records of treatments provided
  • Mix, apply, and work with pesticides following state and federal laws
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for customers, implementing efficient and effective pest solutions
  • Maintain and service all route customers according to company standards and procedures
  • Advise customers of potential problems and keep management informed of any issues encountered on service routes
  • Maintain proper inventory of pesticides in use
Requirements
  • A US driver's license valid for at least 3 years
  • A clean driving record with no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than 2 moving violations in the past 4 years
  • A drug test and background check will be performed on all new hires
