Pest Control Specialist

Aptive Environmental is seeking a skilled Pest Control Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch pest control services to our customers in the San Jose area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer pest concerns and issues through daily route management
• Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order
• Keep accurate records of treatments provided
• Mix, apply, and work with pesticides following state and federal laws
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers, implementing efficient pest solutions
• Maintain and service all route customers according to company standards
• Advise customers of potential problems and keep management informed
• Maintain proper inventory of pesticides in usage

Requirements:

• A valid US driver's license with a minimum of 3 years of experience
• A clean driving record with no more than one moving violation in the past year
• A drug test and background check will be performed on all new hires

Work Environment:

As a Pest Control Technician, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
