About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Store Cleaning Associate to join our team at Marshalls. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a positive customer experience, and supporting the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Maintenance and Cleaning: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the operation of floor care equipment, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives, including supporting sales floor coverage and participating in store recovery efforts.
  • Adherence to Company Policies: Adhere to all company policies, including operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, as well as health and safety guidelines.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Physical Stamina: Be able to perform cleaning tasks and operate floor care equipment, with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and adapt to changing priorities and situations.
  • Attention to Detail: Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
