Job Title: Supervising Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervising Property Manager to join our team at Commercial and Residential Management Group LLC. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our 136-unit garden style apartment community, Poplar Village Apartments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of property management staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and property maintenance.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain residents, including social media promotion and community events.
  • Manage property finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including fair housing and landlord-tenant laws.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent resident experience.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in property management, with a focus on supervisory or management roles.
  • Proven track record of success in marketing and resident retention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
